＜近江商人の「商売の十教訓」＞
・商売は世の為、人の為の奉仕にして、利益はその当然の報酬なり。
・店の大小よりも場所の良否、場所の良否よりも品の如何。
・売る前のお世辞より売った後の奉仕、これこそ永遠の客をつくる。
・資金の少なきを憂うるなかれ。信用の足らざるを憂うべし。
・無理に売るな、客の好むものも売るな、客の為になるものを売れ。
・良き品を売ることは善なり、良き品を広告して多く売ることはさらに善なり。
・紙一枚でも景品はお客を喜ばせるものだ。つけてあげられるもののない時は、笑顔を景品にせよ。
・正札を守れ。値引きは却って気持ちを悪くするくらいが落ちだ。
・常に考えよ、今日の損益を。今日の損益を明らかにしないでは寝につかぬ習慣にせよ。
・商売には好況、不況はない。いずれにしても儲けねばならぬ。
よく、ネット上でもこの中のいくつかが大切と書かれていますが、
すべてがあってこそ成り立つものであります。
- まずは身の回りの整理整頓をします。頭の中も徐々に整理していきましょう。
- 無駄を徹底的に省き、効率をあげます。
- 翌日のスケジュールは前日に決めておきます。
- 今の自分はこれで良いのか、常に頭の片隅においておきましょう。
- 投資は先行投資であり、リスクを出来るだけ回避して、投資の回収は急ぎましょう。
- 投資したお金は寝かせず、また人任せにしない。
- 物の価値を見出して、活用する。
